I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers counseling for individuals. I am currently accepting new clients. With me, you will find a space of non-judgement and respect. I approach sessions from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective. I am rostered and certified as a Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provider. My primary goal is to make you feel safe, seen, and heard!

My therapeutic work focuses on regulating your nervous system, acceptance, empowerment, and self-compassion. I care very deeply about my clients feeling heard and seen. I pull from many modalities, such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic interventions. I am passionate about trauma work and would be honored to be on this journey with you!
