WELCOME
Hi! I'm Beth (she/they), a doctoral candidate and associate-level licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals (Ages 14+) find balance, fulfillment, and personal growth in their lives. I strive to create an authentic space with my clients from a social justice-oriented, intersectional approach based on mutual respect and open communication.
I pull from a variety of therapeutic methods including CBT, ACT, narrative, and mindfulness to create a treatment plan best suited for your needs and goals. Outside of my therapy practice I am working on my PhD in Higher Education at the University of Denver and serve as an adjunct professor in the Social Work Department at Keuka College. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult time or looking to make positive changes, I am here to guide and support you on your journey. Let's work together to achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being.
Born and raised in Delaware, I've spent several years in Pennsylvania and Colorado but have been frequenting the Triangle area for over 20 years. I enjoy spending my free time outside when possible, including swimming, hiking and camping with my pup, Bailey! Additionally, I fill my cup by connecting with the local queer community through art, music, and events.
